This not so new weight loss sensation has been around for a few hundred years! Probably before America and other New World countries had been seen by the white man…Wu Long Tea wasn’t invented on the Oprah Winfrey Show but it sure did help things! Wu Long Tea was first produced in the 15th century in Chinas Fujian province. Wu Long Tea is found in Fujian and Taiwan but Wulong tea is mainly produced in Fujian,China. Fujian Province is where the most famous of Wu Long Tea is grown, Ti Kuan Yin. Wu Long Tea is a very healthy and refreshing tea. In the 18th century, people from Fujian province crossed the Taiwan Straight to settle on the island of Taiwan and brought with them their techniques for producing Wulong tea.  The technique for processing it was taken by Fukienese(Fujian) migrants to Taiwan, and that island’s Tungting (Dongding) Wu Long (This tea is gown in Tung Ting Mountains at an altitude 600 meters, located in central Taiwan famous tea growing region, Nantou Luku is well known. So if you are looking for SIDE EFFECTS then well there arent any known negative ones of any worthwhile mention. This is an amazing product with a multitude of benefits. The Chinese would have gotten rid of it centuries back if it was dodgy!!
